Movement & Performance Specialist
Jill is currently an assistant strength and conditioning coach at USC. She works with the women’s lacrosse, beach volleyball and soccer teams. Jill came to USC from Wake Forest, where she served as director of sports performance for the women’s basketball team in the 2018 season. Before that, she was an assistant strength and conditioning coach at Boston University from 2015 to 2017. She also served in similar roles with USA Hockey from 2012 to 2017, with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning from 2011 to 2017 and at Massachusetts Lowell in the summer of 2015. Jill takes an evidence based approach to training from the ground up. She loves working with anyone who has a goal they want to achieve. Through utilizing both traditional and functional strength and conditioning methods, Jill ensures every training session is individualized and filled with a variety of movements and exercises.
