Kailo Mom
As new parents, Kieran and David recognized the value of support that they received from their own fitness team. As a new mother, Kieran saw the need for support of the mother during and after pregnancy and childbirth. Pregnant moms need to build strength and endurance in a safe way in order to prepare for childbirth and the early postpartum period. New moms need support to recover on physical and emotional levels.
Thanks to this realization, David and Kieran started a “Kailo Mom” program to offer a variety of in-home services to new moms (and dads, too!). We understand the challenge of finding a way to take care of yourself after the birth of a child. We also understand how precious your time is now that you are parents. We work with you to find a time of day that suits your schedule and we also come to you, saving you that awful commute.

I'm so grateful to Kailo Fitness for giving me the support I needed to stay strong and healthy throughout my pregnancy. Through them I got to work with Robert who specializes in prenatal exercises. I worked with him on strengthening my body while pregnant, but I highly recommend him as a trainer overall due to his friendly yet professional demeanor. He is knowledgeable in strengthening exercises to keep a woman strong while carrying the baby inside, as well as preparing for the days when one will have to carry and lift them. He is great about adjusting your workouts to your fitness level while still keeping things challenging, especially when I was pregnant. Thanks Kailo Fitness, thanks Robert!
