Personal Training 



This is the service that started it all. After working in the fitness industry for some time, David Shamash saw a need for better, more-informed, and client-centered training. He then assembled a group of like-minded trainers with the education, experience, and enthusiasm to bring mindful fitness to our clients. Kailo trainers create totally custom, in-home programs with a strong emphasis on intelligent, informed, and dynamic exercises that help you build the strength you need to live the life you want. Utilizing the latest fitness assessment tools, our trainers make a full evaluation of your fitness needs and goals before a designing a unique program tailored to you. This assessment will occur during your first session and sets the foundation for a successful program.

Individualized Program Design

After completing the initial assessment, your trainer will design a thoughtful and thorough program to help keep you on track. This program, based on the latest functional exercise techniques, will help guide your training sessions.

Engaging and Dynamic Private Lessons

Now for the fun part! Get to work and get ready to meet your goals with the help of your private trainer. Your trainer will be by your side to motivate and support you as you move through your program. Our private sessions are a great addition to your week, allowing you the time and space to consistently take care of your body and mind.
