When Kieran Shamash began her yoga practice over a decade ago, she realized the strong benefits of a thoughtful practice for people of all ages and abilities. She and David recognized the important role that yoga can play in developing a varied and well-rounded fitness program. Kailo yoga instructors are trained in a variety of yoga methods and work closely with other members of the team to create client-centered, in - home yoga programs that strengthen the body, calm the mind, and nourish the spirit.
Your instructor will carefully guide you through the elements of proper technique and form. This kind of individualized instruction is fundamental to our “in-home difference” and hard to find in a large group settings. In the privacy of your home, however, the instructor is able to carefully guide you through your practice step by step, enabling you to conquer the tougher poses and reach your goals with greater ease.
